Children hold a very special place here at Wilshire Avenue Community Church. They are more than the future of the church, they are the church. Our hope is to not only teach the children to "know about" Jesus, but to "know" Jesus personally as Lord and Savior. While we believe that parents have the primary responsibility for nurturing the faith of their children, we come alongside the parents to equip, encourage and provide additional teachers and role models for children.

We desire to build spiritual champions who are fully developed followers of Christ ... kid size. We do so by providing a variety of exciting opportunities for children.

Volunteer Opportunities
There are always opportunities for parents to get involved in our Children's Ministry. Come help us be a small group leader, greeter, classroom volunteer, nursery worker, worship team member, or creative team member.
